Xchangeteam Partnership in the West of England
16h April, 2009: Xchangeteam, one of the largest and most respected freelance and permanent recruitment companies in the UK specialising in Marketing, PR and Creative sectors, has strengthened its offering by launching a West of England-based recruitment division. This is in a move that will open up additional freelance and permanent opportunities, in partnership with Liz Snell at The Green Room.
To be called Xchangeteam West of England and operated out of offices in both Bristol and London, the partnership between the UK’s most respected specialist recruitment company and one of the region’s most established recruitment specialists is being launched at a time when more and more clients and candidates are seeking short term and freelance recruitment solutions, as well as the permanent roles. The West of England is one of the most creative regions in the country, and with the lifestyle on offer here in the region, many candidates are seeking a more flexible working arrangement. Xchangeteam offers that flexibility, both for clients and candidates.
Many clients are gradually realising the benefits that freelancers can bring to their business. There is a huge pool of talent in the industry and freelancing provides both clients and professionals a variety of benefits and flexibility. The new business will provide freelance, permanent, temporary and interim recruitment across all of Xchangeteam's core sectors, including marketing, digital, events, creative, public affairs, PR and internal communications professionals.
Most importantly, this partnership will mean increased opportunities for the West Country candidates. Liz Snell and Sara Duffy will head the service up.
